Corona Pandemic: APSL donates PPE kits to Kalutara General Hospital
APSL donated 25 fully equipped (Cover-all) Ansell PPE kits for COVID-19 community screening purposes at Kalutara General Hospital .
This was fully funded from the kind donations of Sri Lankans living in the UK and around the world through the APSL- Emergency Response Fund (APSL -ERF).
The PPE kits were handed over to the Consultant Emergency Physician Dr. Pandula Kavirathne by Dr. Chanaka Perera on behalf of APSL.
APSL wishes to thank Dr. Chintha Gunarathna, Deputy Director, Kaluthara General Hospital, Mr. Yasantha Rathuwithana, Deputy Director, Public Utilities Commission, Mrs Lalitha Kumari and Dr. Sulochana Kannanthudawa for their kind coordination and all the donors for their support.
