APSL Emergency Relief Fund (ERF)- Urgent medical supply donation to Anuradhapura Teaching Hospital, Sri Lanka

We are pleased to inform you that we have made a medical supply donation to the Paediatric Unit at Teaching Hospital Anuradhapura through APSL Emergency Response Fund (ERF). The APSL Florence De Silva fund for Children supported part of the donation and we have donated LKR 394,530.00 worth of medical supplies to help them in emergency management as well as relieving acute symptoms of common childhood illnesses.

On behalf of APSL, Dr Udaya De Silva – Consultant Paediatrician, Teaching Hospital Anuradhapura, handed over the items to Mrs Galagoda, Nursing in-charge at TH Anuradhapura. Donations were made on two occasions, and Dr Thilini Anuradhika (SHO), Mrs Adhikari (NO), Dr Asiri (HO), Dr Rasika Abeypala (SHO), Dr Wickramasinghe (paediatric Registrar) were present during these donations.
