APSL Emergency Relief Fund (APSL-ERF): Essential medical supply donation to Accident and Emergency (A & E) Unit at District General Hospital, Gampaha (DGHG)

We are pleased to inform you that we have made an essential medical supply donation worth Rs. 500,000.00 to the Accident and Emergency (A & E) Unit at District General Hospital, Gampaha (DGHG), through APSL Emergency Response Fund (APSL – ERF). These medications will help treat patients for a period between one to one and a half months. Part of the donation was handed over to the Cancer Ward at Gampaha Hospital, considering the criticality of those patients too.

On behalf of APSL, Dr Lakshika Pathirana, Medical Officer A & E, handed over these items to Dr Saman Pathirana, Director DGHG, Dr Madawa Dangampola, Consultant Emergency Physician, Dr Priyantha Shiroman, Senior Medical Officer (SMO) A & E, Dr Anusha Koralagama, Medical Officer and Mrs Dias, Sister in charge A & E.

APSL wishes to thank Dr Lakshika Pathirana and Mr Leslie Dep (APSL exco) for their commitment and kind coordination. A big thank you to all our donors for supporting the cause. Please see below photos of the donation.
