A product of S. Thomas College, Mt Lavinia, University of Colombo and Post Graduate Institute of Management (PIM), Mishantha (or Mish as he is called in UK) is an Associate of Charted Institute of Management Accountants, Associate of Institute of Bankers, Associate of Australian Computer Society, He is also possess a Masters in Business Administration (Specialisation in Finance and Business Process Management) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Specialisation in Finance & Strategic management). Recently he obtained a Certificate in Mortgage Advice & Practice (CeMAP) as specified by the Financial Services Authority (FSA)
Mish started his working career at Sampath Bank, then joined Ernst and Young to do his accountancy training. After his training he worked at Merchant Bank/Lanka Securities Ltd and finally Brandix (Mast Lanka) from 1997 before migrating to UK in 2004.
In UK, he was employed from 2005 as the Financial Controller of Pertemps Recruitment Ltd, APEM Ltd and finally at CBS Property Group as the Group Financial Controller/Director from November 2007 to present
In August 2009, he set up his own accountancy firm “MCC Accountants” and has two book keepers working for him in his Salford office. His accountancy practice is tied with up with Barlow Andrews – Charted Accountants in Bolton and Manchester and Booth Ainsworth Charted Accountants in Stockport
MCC Accountants specialise in advising entrepreneurs and small start up businesses ( sole proprietors, partnership, limited liability partnership and private companies) in providing Financial and management accounting services, Book-keeping,, provision of tax returns and simple tax advice, Direct and Indirect taxation including VAT,PAYE,DSS contributions, Budgets, forecasts, cash flows and business plans, Funding to business, Company secretarial matters and advice in setting up Accounting systems and management reporting.

• Before joining Grant Thornton, Lushani worked for a Big 4 practice where she was involved in number of projects for both large corporates, private equity houses and the public sector, predominantly providing strategic and commercial due diligence expertise. She assisted her clients achieve their investment and strategic goals by understanding their external environment and thus advising the board make key decisions
• Lushani was also head of the European healthcare group in a leading market consulting firm where she developed highly focused entry strategies to markets, headed new product and strategy consulting projects for large corporates and public sector clients
• She has managed and worked on projects across Europe, USA and East Asia

• Charles Rohan de Alwis is a corporate/commercial lawyer by profession. An old boy of Richmond and Nalanda Colleges, Rohan qualified as an Attorney-at-Law in 1982 and then as a Solicitor of England & Wales in 1987. Rohan worked in the Chambers of H W Jayewardene QC; E R S R Coomaraswamy PC and Mahes Kanagasundrem PC mainly as a Civil/Commercial lawyer. Working in politically polarised Chambers of opposing parties made Rohan what he is today, namely, being able to work with people from diverse political backgrounds.
• Rohan is the founding partner of Charles De Alwis Solicitors and is a Director of Ferrari GB Ltd and a number of UK based Fiat Automotive subsidiaries. Rohan is also a Trustee of the Surya Lanka Rebuilding Foundation Ltd, a UK registered Charity in the UK for Tsunami affected children in Sri Lanka. He began his corporate career in the UK as an Attorney with Ford of Europe, Inc.
• Rohan was the founding General Secretary of the Association of Professional Sri Lankans in the UK (APSL UK) and currently the General Secretary of the Association of Sri Lankan Lawyers in the UK (ASLL UK).
